Air box on fuel tank
im in the process of doing the diy kannaflex intake. on my 05 rxp the ducting for incoming air is big as hell and will not allow the room to install my intake without removing the entire oem air intake.
to guys that have encountered this problem. what did you do to strap the gas tank back in secure? now that i pulled the intake off the tank my straps are loose.

I tied a knot on the sides of the gas tank, easy. That will make the strap shorter!

Make a knot in the middle... Or buy the RIVA straps

I did this on an 08 RXT a couple of weeks ago. If you don't want to knott them, just cross them over and hook them on the diagonal fixing. Worked perfectly.
