$129 oil change /filter in South Jersey...

Guys there's recently been a debate or rather a discussion how much the dealer should charge for just an oil change/filter as price varies from dealer to dealer state to state and what actually gets done...

Well I just had a discussion with the Setvice Mgr at my local dealer where I bought my skis and he wanted everyone to know...

Oil change/filter ONLY $129.00 + tax that regular marine oil ,synthetic oil $ 30-35 more I believe..

Any other diagnostic work or service would be more cost $95 an hr later...

The place if it's not too far way is...

    Jersey Shore Power Sports(formally MonmouthCycles)

    Middletown NJ 07748 ( on highway 35s)

    mapquest for directions

    Hope this Helps Ya

Guys have been quoted $2-300 with maybe a little extra check up like spark plug evaluation etc

Then simply some people no have the time or want to be bothered doing it themselves so go troll somewhere else

It takes longer to tow your ski to the dealer and bring it home than it does to do in your driveway.....

You should take the spark plugs out when changing the oil so you'd have to be a moron not to include new plugs in the price for an extra $15

because you crank the engine over in flood mode to remove as much oil as possible. Not something you want to do with the spark plugs in

You could... But it would make the engine work harder right?
