    Need help 2000 gp1200r

    OK done all I can think to do.....
    I need help I have a 2000 gp1200r pv run fine all week on vacation. I get back home take it out the next weekend . And it won't run bogs down at full throttle and does not pick up rpm at all , I have put in new reeds new plugs .Changed out the gas new fuel pumps( I Check Compression) taking out the flapper off at gas sending unit .Check fuel lines. And it still runs the same.( What the hell do I do now .)I do not have a catalytic converter I have a Rive stage 2 exhaust .I had the carburetors rejected new fuel filter the check valve is good .Power valves are working good .

    have you don a compression check on the motor?

    check to see if the pv servo is working

    the valves may be hung open

    They seem to be working I pulled off head to check they are opening and closing.

    somewhat of a long shot but if you are running on your reserve selector switch it to Main and run it again. Maybe your reserve gas straw is pressed up against the bottom of the tank. It sounds like it cannot suck enough gas at wide open throttle because it is touching the bottom. The remedy is to cut a slight angle into the bottom of your reserve straw so it can not bottom out...if it runs again in the ON position anyway

    I tried it on main and reserve and no difference . thinking about trying to hook the gas line from the tank to the carbs and bypass fuel selector.

    I think my son may have put ethanol in it . could that have trashed my carbs ?

    compression 110 psi on all three
