    Lake Whitney/Brazos River questions

Wanting to ride the Brazos above Whitney. Does anyone know if water is up much or how far you can ride?
And not familiar with Whitney. Is it a good ride now or is water too low?
    Thanks,
    Gregg

Can't speak of water levels and such, but I do have a trail on my site: 2nd one down from the top of the page. Hope this helps and good luck...

Looks like it's only down 8 feet right now:

Whitney/Brazos is a great place to ride. I've been riding skis out there for 14 years now.

Glad you found the site useful. All the info is there for the taking... Specifically regarding the water levels, I would defer that question to Jarrett. I'm not familiar w/the rides over there and water level is an important factor when riding on the rez. Jarrett has been a major contributor to the site for the TX trails. He's my go to guy for info in the Lone Star state.
