    Coolant passage on block leaking

Ok new to the forum here. But here goes.

I have a 04 FX cruiser HO that has 3 pin holes in the block on the side where the temp sensor screws in the block. Maybe 1" up and 1" back from that sensor.

My question is can this be repaired maybe welded ? I'm not putting a new motor in it.
    Thanks

with these pin holes showing up i supect the block has not been flushed properly from salt water use! If you repair these places it will not be long befor it starts leaking some where else. Not worth the effort IMO.
