Help - 99 SLH Engine Install now engine wont shut off

I have checked and checked the colored wire connections. It all looks good. However, I can't stopped the motor with the kill switch or lanyard. Also the bilge doesn't seem to work either

    Any ideas??

Black/Yellow wire has nothing to do with the bilge pump

check all your grounds, check the fuse for bilge pump.

Yeah, for whatever reason the bilge did not run every time I pushed the switch. After checking all the wires and finding the Y/Blk not connected and rechecking all connections the bilge and kill switch work.
