    F15X Stage 1( DIED then will trip limp mode at 3 to 4 k rpm oil breather smoking

    as title states, ski has 40 hours, 3 tanks of gas through Stage 1 kit install, GF was riding it whenthis started after I put full tank of gas in it, she said it died one time and nothing like dead, no gauge, finally restarted triggered limp mode died again I found the oil breather filter was off, some oil in hull, checked oil, it was high, did oil change like 6 hours ago, pulled some oil to level it off, started, idals great took it out triggered limp mode again, never died on me ,boost set at 15lbs, 58 psi fuel, found oil breather is smoking why would this smoke????

    Sounds like too much oil in it are you checking from rear ?

    F15X has no rear plug like on the 12 series

    I was not riding it, will check but why would it smoke out oil vent filter and dump oil out, trips code 25 knock sensor when I rev to 3 to 4k rpm the 15 series has no known issues with this like on the 12s,

    yes what fun brand new F15X put stage one on and after 3 tanks of gas its Fucked, never had a 1 issue with a Honda till now.

    So was told detonation, what would cause this as I have to rebuild this whole motor that has less then 40 hours on this, Im so pist.

    Cant tell from pic is that the drive shaft side of the motor with the leaned out cyl ?

    That sucks Dude, I think I'll keep mine stock. Looks like the front cylinder to me gp.

    Looks like 1 has a faulty injector or a serious vacum leak on that cylinder could it been a seal on intake manifold or clogged injector or combo?
