    Problem Child RXT--- Anyone care to give some insite?

    Heres the story-
    2005 Seadoo RXT 215HP.

    Got ski in North Carolina about 8 months back...
    It had a charger failure.. split cases. got all the ceramic out, no damages to bearings or such.
    Put it all back together.
    First fuel wasn't pumping.. replaced fuel pump..
    Then realized there was almost no fuel, maybe 1-2 gallons.
    So i threw in 5 gallons of fresh 93 octane.
    then an injector wasn't firing... replaced fuel rail..
    Then it went dead, MPEM was making an odd buzzing noise...
    then display wouldn't turn on, replaced ECU and a few bad grounds, replaced all ground wires.. mounted main ground under exhaust manifold where the threads are.. then the 2 small grounds to the front of the block . MPEM stopped buzzing.. motor cranked again.

    Then had a cam error, realized i reversed the cam sensor wire, and a wire on throttle body..
    then it had an engine temp sensor, replaced sensor..
    now it finally has no codes.
    cranks over at about 250-300 RPM cranking, but it wont fire.
    occasionally it will back fire, but not often.
    it has good compression, 140,140,135.. leads me to believe the cam timing is correct as no valves are getting stuck open, and piston hasn't smashed a valve...
    Cant be flywheel related.. cant really screw that one up as theres a big pin on the crank to align the flywheel and mag cup...

    Attempted to replace throttle body, as some said idle sensor, but no change there.
    double checked, block was mfg 01.2005... so its def the correct block..
    It has compression, its getting fuel, all 3 injectors fire...and it has spark when i ground the plug to head of motor and crank...

    Anyone have some thoughts here? Im quite baffled.

    Update-


    took off j pipe thinking maybe exhaust was clogged or something.

    Fire literally flies lies out end of manifold....

    has to be a timing issue right? But the cam and crank sensors relay to ECu as to their locations right? There's no manual timing?

    Is the crank 05?
    Is the PTO cover, & pickup from an 05?
    Has the timing been set by the Shop manual specs?

    The 1503 markings the lines are even with the head, all is in line and cyl 3 is at TDC...
    So I believe that's all correct

    The blocks an 05...
    The pto I believe is 05 as well...
    there isn't that wire off bottom of pto like there is on the 06+

    Mag cup only goes on one way though?
    The pin on the crank gear goes directly into ring gear and pick up type cup with the fingers also has the locating pin on it

    And then the magent cup goes on top of that, the magnet cup appears to not have the same locating pin on it though?

    No timing orientation needed on the mag cup.

    According to manual, the ring gear and the trigger cup are both aligned via the alignment pin on the crankshaft gear.
    then the actual magnet cup just goes on over that, with no mention of a certain alignment of that outer most cup...

    and i know the ring gear and trigger cup are both installed correctly, and aligned with the motor alignment pin on the crank gear...
    100% thats lined up right.

    what else could it be?

    I am 100% baffled at this point!
    Cant figure this damn thing out!
