Im using a hks knockoff style . More for the sound but it does take the strain "backlash" from the turbo . Meaning turbo keeps spinning in one dirrection without and major rpm changes.
mine is on the 2.5" pipe from turbo to my ic

Recirculation means it dumps back into the air box/infront of turbo.

    Yea this is true .
Plumbing it into the waterbox or exhaust outlet might be a issue tho cause when ski is ideling its pulling vacume (which is what opens the bov ) so theirs a chance it could get some unwanted water in the intake.
if i was wanting the air to be moved out of the hull i would cut a hole in ski maby under one of the front side covers to exhaust thru safely
