SC hose clamp size
Hey guys I am at work and going to install my super charger this evening. What size clamps do I need for the formed hose coming off the super charger? Need to pick up right after work or may not have a chance to pick them up..I measured the OD of the hose at like 3" does that sound right?

Sounds pretty close, make sure you get stainless... I think i used a 3" and ended up cutting off some excess but it was easy.

no the correct size is 2.75 at the SC outlet and the TB inlet
a 3" clamp is too big http://www.jegs.com/i/Turbonetics/88...5-300/10002/-1
yes the actual size is almost 3" but as you can see there is a differance

Perhaps that's why i cut off some excess clamp... no? lol. I used a worm drive... it works just fine... but go ahead and buy an $8 clamp if it's your preference...

Seems to be working just fine for me... i have been using worm gear clamps for as long as i have been messing with SCed skis. Seems like you would need a more serious clamp for a modded ski, but i keep my ski stock... so it works just fine... so ya know... lol

just open up the oem clamp and reuse it-- much better than the cheezy worm clamps at your local hardware store.
