Wave jumping with a fullsize suspension ski is....

....pure bliss. I launched that tank off 5 foot breakers yesterday in Herefords Inlet for hours.

So much fun. Nice soft landing. Sparks everywhere and then me with my behemoth lol

I have a non is/as rxt and I'd like some feedback from other posters here. I loved jumping my rxpx and the smaller skis I had before but I'm afraid to do it with my rxt because of its weight.

I wave launched my 07 RXT too, really it isn't that much different just a bit softer landing with this one.

It always feels so violent with a heavy ski, especially a suspension ski. That said, the suspension ski doesn't start to become active until you start throwing it around in heavy chop.

Everytime I slam down, from even a tiny lift, I cringe thinking about that engine slamming into the hull.

Kind of feels like rallying a Maybach through a forest stage!

EXACTLY like that - exactly. Fast, on the edge, but downright wrong!!

Guess I really don't have anything to compare it too since I've only ever jumped RXT's.

I'm down in wildwood this week, planning on going out tomorrow (pending weather) on your exact old ski, with my brother and possibly sis-in-law, if you'll be out. Obvi not looking to wave jump w/ 1-2 others, but maybe if I'm out by myself later this week....
