I see a lot of communication issues with them on this forum. I can't go two-three weeks without hearing from a company. I'd blow my top!

Normally you should not need to contact us at all. All is done online, tunes are on server. You buy Maptuner and Licenses online.

But if/when you need help and mail us, please dont forgett to add Username on server, VIN number and what exactly you need help with and we will respond as soon as possible.
If you dont get any answer in 1-2 days please resend mail so it hasnt got stuck in spam or so?

You can mail me directly on [email protected]
But just information I'm on vacation now this week out so answers might not be instant but i do check mails every now and then.
So if you have questions mail me and I will reply as soon as possible.

    Thanks

    Michel, Vtech

seems most race ecu programs (maps) have knock control turned off
not what most rec riders want

race ecu's usually are made to run race gas
with the crap fuel we get at the pumps
and knock (detonation ) control not working you could destroy your pistons
