250x 6500 RPM's and Stalls going to idle
So I just finished working on my 250x. It had GIO so I changed the oil. Intercooler was just cleaned out, and throttle response seems to be much better. When cold it will only rev to 5000RPM's and after a minute or two I can ease it into 6000RPM's and from there it will slowly build to 6500. When returning to idle sometimes it's fine but sometimes it will stall. Any ideas?

If you have just worked on it check all your hoses

I'm thinking your right. I might have a boost leak or something because the last 25% of the throttle seems "Dead". It goes up in boost but I don't see any RPM gains.

These hoses can partially split or loosen easy so yeah better check and re-check. I suppose you could block off the BOV to see if its leaking. If still have problem, and it was there from start, maybe time to call seller. Especially if you asked some of the right questions before signing. I know ski came without Kawi warranty but, you said "as is" box was not checked on invoice. I will hope for cheap easy fix but if you cannot diagnose this problem you may have to go back to seller.

It's hard for me to get warranty because I don't live in the same country where I bought it so they can't buy it without importing it back. Going to check the hoses now

Re tightened and checked hoses. Ran good when the BOV return line (Not really sure of the name) connecting to the intake manifold was off. When it was on it ran with the same symptoms I had on the water. Ideas?

Talking about part #16130 and the hose is Part #92191
-When the hose isn't connected it runs fine and seems to rev normally.
-When connected has same issues as stated before

Thats the bypass valve its meant to relieve air at idle and close off as you increase rpm. Is the vacuum small rubber hose connected or kinked the one the goes to the throttle body

It is connected however and isn't kinked however I think it might have narrowed downed the problem..

remove the larger hose from the valve but leave the small rubber one connected, at idle you should hear and feel lots of air being ejected, if you blip the throttle or increase rpms the air should stop and boost should increase. i think you maybe creating your own problems by not really knowing what you are doing!!
have you checked the airhorn is in place, and that the belt isnt slipping, you do have the belt tensioner tool dont you?
