All summer, and I'm findly getting up to 7980 rpm

Will it took all summer long but I'm climbing up there. 7940 to 7980 rpm at 67 to 68 mph. So I still think I'm down somewhere. So my 2008 rxp-x 255 was getting between 7400 and 7600 rpm at the beginning after a new intercooler and a engine tear down because of the vent value spitting out oil, and I'm thinking a lot of boost leaks. So with the new intercooler tubes and my friend silicone we got rid of any, and future boost leaks. So the reason I think I'm down is that,, I also added the riva air intake, and riva intake gate this seem to put me up 4 mph so if I was only get 63 mph and with those too add on. I'm still down 5 mph stock. Am I wrong or am I right.

I think you are right. But get the RPMs up another 200 and you should gain about 2 MPH.

That would be cool. I have not put my new impeller and wear ring on yet. I'm hoping that's were it's at

wow 200 is a lot. my rxp its almost stock and i have a 160 thermostat so i lost 50 max 100 after a long day of beating it. but if after you change the impeller you are still around 8000 rpm just tweaked it 1mm

I will. came back this evening and I seen 67 to the big 70 mph and that makes me happy. Rpm were 7840 most of the time, now my buddy's seadoo the 2011 rxt-x 260 with new impeller and stainless wear ring was a tiny bet fast but not much. Can't wait to try my impeller now, I better smoke him or its time to mod the Brain, more power lol
