    Rub rail rivets

Do I need a metric gun to put the rub rails back on an ultra with kawi rivets? The one I got from lowes worked but they are kind of loose and it didn't break the thin metal piece off

You just drill out the old rivet with a metal drill bit slightly smaller than the rivet head but slightly larger than the hole on the rivet ,order the same Kawa rivets or just buy the same size by taking an old one and and bring to the store and compare..

Lots of YT vids to watch and get a handle of it...

You might need an extension adapter to fit in certain holes,I replaced my corner bumper rivets I used an extension..
