Is this an OEM starter? Comparing against rebuilding original.

I'm in need of either getting a new starter or rebuilding my original; I know most recommend rebuilding the factory starter as opposed to aftermarket junk starters but is this Nippondenso for $52 the same quality as the OEM factory?

I'm not against replacing the brushes in my original but if the one in the above link is as good as the original for only $30 more - Worth the extra money and start completely new?

How much for the peace of mind that when you hit the start button it actually starts.Rebuild your OEM or get a good used one.
