How far can you bend a15/20?

As the title says. Going turbo and just wanted to know how far I can take my original prop.

Will prob buy a better prop later but for now I'd like to use my prop for a long as I can.

Hoping to push close to the 8800 mark.

Impressive duse. Any problems with outside diameter shrinking due to blades bent in?

Yes, a lot of shrinkage. Especially in cold weather. Seriously though, yes the outer edge pulls away from the wear ring a fair bit. I could probably build up the outer edge and machine it.

Pitch yourself? I'm guessing the trailing edges of the prop come pretty close to the veins of the pump.

Yes, self pitched. 2 or 3mm from the leading edges of the stator veins. And a little needed to be machined from the taper leading up to the veins.

When I had my turbo RXP my prop was pitched to a 15/27. I used a .030 shim to keep the blades off the stator.
