    Water ingestion 07 gtx

Took a lot water over my hood today. Right after I took all the water over the hood the ski didn't have the normal low end punch and wouldnt go any higher then 7400 rpm. My air filter on my 4 inch was pretty drenched. I brought the ski in and trailered it. What do I do next to get this thing running good again? Thanks- Alex

Start by drying everything out, especially the intake. Then change the plugs. Also check compression while you have the plugs out to make sure you didnt mess something up in the engine.

Pull the plugs and crank the ski over to see if any water comes out of the cylinders. Also, check your oil for water. What kind of air filter is it?
