2008 RXPX running rich, rough idle, rough running in low rpms

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I posted.

I just moved to Charlotte North Carolina and I was able to bring my ski with me which I haven't been able to ride in nearly a year.

I'm having some issus. just had the supercharger rebuilt by Jerry, spark plugs and oil change before ever riding it here.

Unfortunately, I forgot to put fuel stabilizer when I winterized her last winter. I siphoned all the old bad gas and filled her up with fresh 93.

The issue is that it run pig rich at idle and will barely idle without a little throttle inputs. At low rpm it runs very rough and very rich still. At higher RPM and wide open throttle it clears up some but still lacks power only about 7560 RPM max. Here is a video of it running. I'm at a loss of what to do now.

Also, I pulled the plugs after this and they were black and smell like gas. I tried to pull the fuel injectors so that I may get them inspected, clean, and possibly rebuilt.another problem is that I can't seem to get the bolts holding the fuel rail intake manifold out it's like the threaded portion is spinning inside the manifold.

Mods: Riva CAI, R&D intake grate, Riva spak arrest delete, Riva exhaust baffle delete, custom shorty water box, Solas 15-22R

Sorry for the bad grammar, posting from my phone.

Any tips on removing fuel rail when one of the bolts is seized and spinning the metal insert in the intake manifold?

Also, during a test ride after cleaning theplugs it popped an inter cooler hose off (didn't have a T-clamp tight enough) and fell flat on it's face. I didn't know what had happened at the time, but no matter how much throttle I gave it it would not go above 2000ish rpms.

    No MIL/codes

I cleaned them with a brass wire brush and some electrical parts cleaner, looked nearly brand new. Same issues persisted.

If the ski is ran in salt water. I would disconnect the tube goin from the intercooler to the throttle body. Start the ski on the trailer n crack the throttle. If it sprays water. Your intercoolers junk. Seen alot of em goin bad in the last few yrs n make the skis run like shit cause its pumping water into the motor.
