It would only add massive unreliability to an otherwise pretty solid engine.

yes, a "super charger" can be added to your Wake 155. I also have a 155 Wake that I will be doing this to-- 05. The most cost effective way to do this is to buy a delaminated 215 RXP with a good engine-- should be around $2500-$3000 and you will also need an RXT drive shaft. Doing the swap and parting out the left over parts will MAKE YOU an EASY $1000.

He should better than that because he will have a running 155 4tec to sell also.

the NA engines are not capable of taking on a supercharger without changing the pistons from the cast to the forged piston. The compression ration is higher on the NA engines.

cast (NA) pistons can take some boost
but they cant take any detonation
also the higher compression is not a problem with the correct tune
there are many high 10-11:1 comp cast piston motors running 5-8 psi on pump fuel
in fact a higher comp boosted 1500 runs much better
it is much snappier in the no/low boost rpms

Thank you. I did the last project like this in less than 24 hours from start to finish-- cake walk I just need to either put 1 of my motors together or find that 04/05 RXP.
