Hitting stage 1 rev limiter on my VXS after mod

Hello folks, looking for a little advice here. So I’ve removed the ribbons and stock air intakes on both my VXS’ and put K&N cones on the throttle bodies. They pull real hard now but I noticed that they are hitting the stage 1 rev limiter when WFO in a full tuck. I never noticed it until I pulled the seat back to listen to the engine while under way (sounds awesome by the way, like an F1 engine screaming). I could definitely hear it flutter rapidly as it hit the limiter. I don’t want to hassle with a steeper prop but I was thinking about slapping the R&D R1 Reflash offered on this site. In this way I would be raising the rev limiter 300 or so RPMs and thus allowing more thrust and speed and staying off the limiter. How’s my thinking on this?? Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks Tommy, I think I'll get more results from the reflash as you suggest.
