    Repair shop on the island?

So my future brother-in-law decided to give me a 10 hour celebration gift for my ski. I was loading on my passenger from the dock, and he thought he'd be helpful and grab on to stabilize the ski while they were getting on. What does he grab you ask? Why, the throttle, of course, while turning the handlebar into the dock. So now I have this awesome gash near the front of the ski. I'm assuming something like this can be repaired, but where should I go and how much do you think it will cost me (him)?
