What year GPR?
I have most of the parts you would need to get to 70.
R&D rideplate (with a few mods - LOL) $300
this plate came off a 85+ mph package ski
Nujet 6.5 impeller $140
add a new intake grate and do a few minor things and you will be close to your 70
here are some more ideas
If you wanted 77+ or even 81+ I also have a few engine parts that would get you there.

This is my list of best mods for most noticeable gains (FOR ME):
Jims "FF" plate
Heads - increased compression

I would start with: Pump plug kit ($60), Intake grate (800 for top speed / 1200 for hook up and bottom end $100-160) Ride plate (with mods depending on water condition $100-$450) and a 05 pump with (prop would depend some say you can run a 14/20 with no motor mods but mine would not $524 from island racing w/prop)Personally I would do all the thing "under" the ski FIRST you should be able to get to 70 without any under seat mods!! To me the under hull work is much harder to set up and once you dail the ski in you can start to play with the motor! Just my opinion and trust me in not a pro!
