Did I get the wrong part?

So I'm finally getting around to putting my 99 SLX together. If I remember correctly this is called a pump shoe? I took my broken one out and notice my old one has studs and the one I picked up doesn't. Also on the ears where the studs go the edges are cut out. Did I get the wrong part or was this part updated an have replacement studs? Also anyone have an extra ride plate. Mine was glued on so strong that I broke it.

The older pump base used bolts and the later version has studs.

Are you going to have bilge siphons? The studded base in the photo has one siphon fitting and the bolt style has none visible.

The one siphon is threaded into the old shoe. I'll transfer that. The long black tube I have. I'm guessing this is what you're talking about?

The long black tube is the water feed tube for the cooling system.

The bilge siphons start with one or two metal tubes (pencil sized) inserted at an angle into the jet pump exit nozzle (not the steering nozzle). From the nozzle there is a small diameter rubber hose that runs forward to the nipple/fitting that passes through the pump base and into the hull.

Some models have dual siphons with two nozzle tubes and two pass through fittings. Some machines only have one siphon and some have none.

Oh now I get it. I have one siphon. The other hole is blocked off.

The bolts are double sided threads with a hex nut in the middle to prevent the studs from turning when the nuts on either side are turned. Here they are - Jump on this!!!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-Sl-6...18a9a8&vxp=mtr
