What to ask for my polaris pwc?

All: I'm getting numbers at all ends of the spectrum so I figured i'd ask the experts here. I have a 2002 Polaris Virage I with about 75 hours on it i'm looking to part with. KBB has retail value at $4300, but knowing polaris it out of business in the watercraft line, what's the proper asking price? it's EXTREMELY clean and well cared for..no problems at all, i'm just looking to upgrade. Suggestions?

Sorry for the confusion Bernie- USA, lake ozark in Missouri, USA.
I have a trailer it's sitting on that i can sell with it if someone needs both, but i wasn't sure what to sell it for... 4100 for the ski and 250 for the trailer sound reasonable?

I think you are just a little high for that...it's getting close for a rebuild but if it's super clean I would say tops $4000 with trailer...but I'm guessing more around $3750 with trailer is what you'll really get. But hey, always start high as you can always come down....

80 hours and it's already needing a rebuild??? really??? I'm a rookie but i thought you'd get way more hours out of it than 80 or even 100.
Yea it's superclean.. i guess i'll see what i can get..

I think it was noted the engines should be rebuilt at 100 hours on a two stroke. Now I don't know what the weak point is supposesd to be or if it's just rings BUT damn I own a lot of Polaris's with well over 100 hours.
Even the Fuji engine I just rebuilt on the 750 was just over 180 hours and that was really just to get her ready for triples (well until an unamed person decided to ingest water).
My SLTX, had well over 150 when somebody else ran it with no oil.
I don't know who made up this 100 hour rule but I certainly don't agree with it.

Like Ph2ocraft said, Polaris publishes and recommends a rebuild at 100 hrs., why I don't know...as engines have gone a lot longer than that. But my point is, that if someone new is looking to buy and they see that Polaris says to rebuild at 100 hrs., they will think your watercraft is getting close to that amount and may shy away. Personally I rebuild mine after 75hrs...top end only.
