How I spent a few hours Saturday afternoon

Fabricating an intake manifold insulator. Wasn't difficult at all. Fab'd out of 3/16" phenolic. Cost $9.45 for a 3X48" sheet and an intake gasket as a pattern. I recessed both sides to accommodate o-rings I still need to purchase o-rings and longer bolts. Haven't installed yet but will soon.
