Kawasaki is now the most powerfull Motorcylce .... with 300HP on a 4 inline 998cc + Supercharger.
I wonder what will be next in the future for the PWC market

There will be a street version.
Kawasaki wanted to hit hard with the R version of the H2.

Yeah this is a sweet motorcycle. The one thing I don't understand is why do you need a supercharger on a motorcycle? They are already stupid fast, especially the ZX10. Anyway, I've never ridden a street bike but I know the liter bikes have crazy acceleration. I don't know how this thing will stay hooked and not wheely over if you hit the throttle hard. The other question is where are they going to race the H2R? I know Kawasaki is supporting the Tom Sykes World Superbike team, but I don't know if that series allows forced induction.

I guess it is more about showing that they can do it. Not sure how hard it will be for the rider to handle that much HP.
People are having already a hard time with the Ducati Panigale...

But still look awesome and fast.

    Good work K!

The Watercraft Journal posted a really interesting article on this bike and potential technology sharing with their PWC. A cool finding with the H2R engine is that the supercharger is connected via with shafts and not a belt and it has a 2 speed impeller...which I am not familiar with in a SC set up. Anyway...great info and I would check it out if you have a minute.

Oh, I'm sure they will... wonder if they will leave the HP crazy for that one...?
