I have a homemade reinforced 160. $60 shipped in the us and it works great

Save yourself a bunch of money and mod it yourself...Heat the front outer housing up with a heat gun till soft,then take a small pipe or screw driver end and "pop" out the front housing....then replace the 180 thermo with the 160 or 131 whichever you prefer..Once you have the new thermo in reheat the outer housing so you can pop it back in.....Once back in i use a hose clamp on the outer housing till it cools then once cooled i use small SS machine screws to secure the covers for no future leaks..
160 degree thermo

i did what snow said but with hot water and some gloves and it work perfect. if i was closer i would done it for you, but im in cape coral
