    New Super Charger bolts?

Just got my SC back from Jerry and I seen where everyone recommends when installing use new SS hex head bolts. Well went looking for them..M6x25mm no problem but the m6x35mm is another story..been to 3 different hardware stores and a Fastnal....I found m6x40mm but was afraid if to long it might create a new problem. Also when and if I find them does anyone use flat or lock washers? Thanks in advance..

Just use the OEM torx bolts. There's nothing wrong will them.

Nothing wrong till they get stripped and you cant get them out then...BUT yes there is nothing wrong with them, you just have to be careful not to round them off upon installation/removal...The hex heads give a better bite and you shouldnt have issues with rounding the head..

If you're rounding of the heads of the torx bolts you're doing something wrong.

Cut off 5 mm of the m6x40 and you're done.

Use a file and a m6 nut to fix the thread before install.

Like all above said, and especially if Jerry just rebuilt it, don't fool with it.

but.... Just for reference all the seadoo bolts from top to bottom can be purchased from Mcmasters. That goes from engine, pto,sc,exhaust, intake etc (excluding of course internals)

I normally replace all the bolts when I rebuild a seadoo motor
