Damages on jet pump after rock going through impeller '13 RXT-X

Just bought a '13 RXT-X three days ago and am currently going through the entire craft just to secure that everything is okay.

I found a rock! stuck in the back of the jet pump, and obviously this hasn't come from the backside of the craft but has to have entered into the impeller - scratch the impeller and SS wear ring and the got stuck in the fins at the backside of the jet. I guess not this stone was on a lonesome journey either.

I also noticed that one of the fins on the jet pump assembly is broken (see picture).

I am a newbie when it comes to PWC's (but not when it comes to mechanics and boats).
Any thoughts on what I should do with this case? Does the impeller and wear ring look OK for use? What about the broken part on the pump?

Disassemble pump and check all parts for cracks or bended parts.

There is maybe more damage than you can see.

If you go out riding now and something comes loosen or breaks you will have even more damage.

    And more repair costs........

Plenty info on the forum how to remove IBR gate and pump.

But first download the correct shopmanual:

    http://www.brpmanuals.com/ (No it's not for free )

    Thanks EVN81!
I already got the proper shop manual.

I would have no problem disassembling the jet pump and so on, but the thing is I just bought this thing. And it was supposed to be in mint condition.. I did ride it (pretty hard) after removing the stone and everything seems to work fine. Reached 122 km/h in sligthly choppy water.

Is it okay to ride with the broken fin on the pump if that is all that is broken?

If the ski felt ok without any 'strange' vibrations I guess it will be no problem for now.

But definitely go check all out when the season is finished !!

And keep an eye on your intercooler if it's still stock (search around the forum why.......)
