    Candoo GPS speed sensor

These are getting more pub on the 4 stroke forums - so just in case you have not seen it yet:

Candoo makes a plug in GPS speed sensor. Turns the stock speedo into an accurate GPS speedometer. Installation could not be easier - just plug and play. Installed two in under five minutes.

Got tired of them reading 0 - now they will show an accurate speed.
No way yet to log top speed that I know though - at least for GPRs.

    Get them from:

I wil be getting one for next year for sure. My wheel stopped working in the spring and mine started reading 0 as well. A new one will cost you $90, so for another $30 bucks you got your self a real GPS speedo. deal.

As in physically take up the same space? No, but they connect to the same plug inside. So you can remove the wheel and plug this in and it sends the signal to your dash and it knows no difference and will display GPS speed. Pretty cool and helps make my 14 year old GPR a little more modern.
