Couldn't help it! Put a 2014 RXP-X on pickup but need help on what to do now lol!

Today was the last day for $1000 off and 3 year warranty. I liked the 2014 color over the 2015 one lol. I was able to get this for $12400 plus fees so got it for $13800 OTD 10% is the tax here.

My problem is I can't pickup the ski. I have 1995 Ziemen trailer and its rated as 2000lbs axle. My Aquatrax is about 750lbs the trailer is maybe 500lbs so the new one will put me over.

Think it's a big deal guys??

Don't really understand your concerns? Are you saying you have a double trailer and want to pickup the new ski with the old one on also? New ski isn't a lot more than the old one.. Guess it depends on how far you're going? Sounds like you will be right around the limit.

Deal depends on your geographic area too, around here that would be a great deal, paid quite a bit more for mine early August after talking to many dealerships.

Yes basically will be over like 200lbs over whats its rated for. The dealer made me feel scared about it but they said they will load it if I wanted to. I then went home today and setup the dolly to put the Blaster on. Now just need to adjust the bunk for the new ski once I get there I guess?

This is basically the problem? Do you I need to get newer trailer to hold these two skis? Aquatrax and RXP-X?

The dealers will always try and scare you into buying a new trailer with their ski...

Probably depends on how far you usually trailer your skis and what type of roads. Definitely don't want to be stuck on the road with a snapped axle. Happened to my trailer. Not sure if it was related to the weight or just wear and tear. The trailer was not that old. Had a rxp and a Polaris msx150 on it. Plus couple of dirt bikes and other misc chit. Heh.

just up grade the tires, most gvw's are based off the tires
that is the only thing that usually breaks

For just this short trip to the lake, ok, but I would start looking for a newer trailer. A trailer built in 1995 was not made to handle todays supertankers. I would be willing to bet that the new PX will barely fit on this trailer.
