I am gonna do it on my boat., but a ski? Na, it would take the fun of spinning the ski around.

I bet it will spin out but it will be like when you spin out on skegs. Seems with skegs it does like a quick 180 spin out and not sliding. I bet it just spins and doesn't slide spin. Like a screw in the water

Yep, I use it on my RXT. After taking the opas I found the hard way this turd won't turn at low to med. speed. I put a Cobra Jet on and it's great. Turns no problem. By the way I'm running 73mph using the XS power cooler.

Kaybat I ordered them for my LS 2000 and I hope they work as good as they say. As they were kinda pricy.

    Kinchyle,

I remember you bringing this topic up...last year...early...I think.

At that time I had asked about the drag created because the fins of this steering being a trade off to the drag on the opas. I didn't see any pics last year. I don't remember the discussion going very far, everything being sorta suppositional.

I gotta tell ya. I'm interested in trying this out. The fins are up and out of the plane, provide some measure of lift at low speeds, don't reflect any speed loss while at the same time increase turning response. They are admittedly not as good as opas at slow speeds but they are an improvement over the nozzle alone.

Looks like another goodie got added to the list.

Not that it makes any difference but...do you have a vested interest in this company....by chance?
