    Swapping gauges.

I just picked up a 07 150 Speedster. 1st year of the digital gauges. yes, the have sun damage and hardly legible. They need to be replaced.

The original part# 204471105 is superseded by the later 09-11 cluster #204471378

    That little guy is $540...yikes.

Does anyone know if a used 07-up RXP gauge will plug and play properly?

I read that but not sure on a new gauge Vs a used gauge. I have a new can-am ATV and did a gauge swap and it was plug and play. It's a very similar gauge also. It's the new style.

new gauges installed. 1st shot was a no start. Turned back off. Put stick F and then key back on, pull stick back to N and fired up and worked fine. I did this several times with battery on/off and restarts. Once it started, it always started. Once battery was off and battery back on, it might. Got two codes.
Only odd thing was the water temp, it varied between C and F. If the boat did not start. It read F and if it did run/running it read C. lol
