The agency I manage, (The PILRS Firm, www.pilrs.com) does Georgia Reg# reverse investigation. As a matter of fact, I ran the registration number and I have the "Owner of Registration Report" you need and I believe Florida will accept it instead of a bill of sale or previous registration card. Our agency charges a fee to release the information (I don't have any control over that part of it or I would just PM it to you). If you need it, let me know.

CCW found it, but ive yet the funds for his company to release it, its business and i understand it. hopefully in the next week or so i'll be applying for a title, that before i do anymore work to it, i pretty much just cleaned it up and it was a mess, couple broken bolts had to be removed, pump shaft had to be cut to get the coupler and pump out, frozen steering cable etc
