Where do you store your water on your ski?

I'm still recovering from a nasty stomach bug I believe I caught while on the river by my house. My water container is the kind that has a unfolding arm that you drink out of, and I believe water from the river splashed all over it and I drank it. Next day was awful.

So I'm wondering what is the safest way to store your water and still be able to get to it without a major issue.

Got any tips on storage or containers?
    Thanks!

I used to keep a liter water bottle or smaller in the glovebox of my GTR and my Aquatrax.

Since I've sold my GTR and am about to get 2 Sparks on Saturday I have recently been pondering on how the hell am I going to carry my water as well. lol. I was thinking of using the same liter water bottles and put it in one of the neoprene sleeves and attach it somewhere comfortable (and safe) to my vest and I most likely would have to secure it from flopping all around...maybe a couple joined bungees around my body or something.

C'mon there porkchop... you should know that water makes ya sick. I carry my keystone light in a cooler in my front storage, for safety. I have a watertight 6 packer size cooler that keeps my refreshments cool all day, for safety. When riding in rough water i carry Coors pint aluminum twist tops because they take more beating before they burst, just to be extra safe.

Not one, but TWO cup holders in the Yamaha's glove box! And, of course, the one exterior cup holder.
