    2003 Honda Aquatrax Winterization

    Hello all,

I am debating on whether to pay the 100 dollars to get my jet ski winterized or attempt it myself. Are there any how-to's on this? I can't find any. The place said they would take out the plugs and fog the engine...which is something they never did in the past (and I think were supposed to because I watched them do it).

    Please help.

I put in antifreeze and pull the's a thread I started on how to easily do the antifreeze:

The manual actually says to pour a slight amount of oil in each cylinder vs. fogging spray. I did that one year but the risk of damaging something or fouling a plug is equal IMO, although I've done no long term in depth studies...but I have done this 4 years now without issue.

Get a manual, follow directions, it's not hard. A hard copy of the manual costs less than $100 you are debating, or you can search for digital copies floating around the forums.
