check the cdi unit in the cover of the electric box..the white wire with green strip may be melted..and if it is , so is the cdi.

    common mistake btw....

I have those XP800 parts if you end up needing them. Hopefully it's just a coil but if you need the cdi it ends in 810, not 811 like the 96XP's. The 95's have a better timing curve

Well i got the CDI box from Matt here on the forum and it didnt fix my spark issue... Now What
I need help as this is not my ski but i need to get it fixed..

No fire.. Checked fuses again-changed coil-changed cdi box.

The oem coil got really hot before i realized what i did! The only melted wires we're in the rear coil box at the 2 fuse holders and fuses NOT blown. I replaced them with "bladed" plugs to hold a fuse. There are NO other melted wiring anywhere else
*** I need HELP with this please

Make sure your getting a pulsating signal of low voltage on the white wire as you spin the engine over. This will verify the pickup in the mag cover is doing it's thing. You did try a different coil, right?

    PM sent on the MPEM
