2014 RXPX 68-140 Max Boost PSI

I'm only able to get 16 lbs max out of this charger at 9k rpm's. Does anyone else have this charger on this ski making more boost? The ski has been thoroughly checked for boost leaks with none found. The intake manifold was also pulled and pressure tested with no leaks found either. I run a 4" intake, Fizzle intercooler - hard piped with t bolt clamps. The charger has been pulled multiple times to verify slip. The charger was also removed and disassembled to check wheel / housing clearance. I bought the 68-140 new from Art a few months ago. It's never made over 16 lbs. Any info is welcome!

How are you measuring boost pressure? FA removed? Who's working on your ski? Also.... I'm curious, how many hours have you ran that charger?

I see 16 at 8700-8800 What intake you running ? fizzle front or a rear air setup? How humid is it ? A lot will play Into that.
if you run a rear air straight out the rear end you will gain a lb boost over a front 4 in air setup

Duke has been helping me work on the ski. We tested with a boost gauge plumbed directly into the intake manifold as well as logs from the factory MAP sensor. The gauge and logs read the same pressure. We were hoping for 18 lbs or so at 9k. I run a 4" fizzle front air intake. The fire arrestor has been removed from the intake manifold.

    This is interesting.

I am seeing 16lbs steady at 8800 with the ET 137X4mm CR

    - DynoTune digital boost gauge at the stock MAP sensor on the manifold
    - R&D Pro series Intercooler
    - OEM hose from Charger to Cooler
    - R&D straight shot hose from cooler to manifold
    - R&D 4" intake to the front
    - NO BLOWOFF VALVE

In Gus's thread there was some serious doubt this was possible. Not sure why.
