someone left the water on after flushing? someone flipped it over multiple times causing water to come in compartment and into the motor? someone left the drain plugs out and launched the ski?

Lots of water in the hull due to flipping, drain plug, bad driveline seal, etc. Then the motor ingested water and wouldn't restart so somebody let it sit. Now it's been long enough the crank bearings rusted and locked up. Time for an overhaul.
