    Need some help with a 2008 RXP-X?

Just bought a 2008 RXP-X with 30 hours in mint condition. The original owner had it winterized every year from the dealer and any maintenance there also. My question, is there anything that I need to look out for as far as problems with this year and model? I am coming from a 2005 RXP that had the dreaded dropped valve so that is why I ask. I know every year and model has its problems and need to find out all the ones for this one. I know there was a recall for the fuel vent line and on some of the clamps. Is there anything else? Does this one need to have the super charger washers upgraded or do they already have the good metal ones? Any help is appreciated. i want to go over it before I take it out for the first time. Thanks

It was a left over that the original owner bought new in 2011. He only rode it a few times as year so that why it has the low hours. He said he always used the fuel saver for gas with ethanol. I compression checked, all cylinders at 145-147psi. Pulled the oil filter, no metal shavings at all. Just need to know if there is anything else I should check before the first time out.

Well it's been said.. To do a rebuild on charger if it's 2 years old or 100 hrs..... I'd at least put a fresh set of bearings and check the slip

I don't think the SC needs to be rebuilt. I have had several Seadoos over the years all with super low hours over a several year span. I have never even had a Seadoo with more then 90 hours and have never had any problems. I aways check the slip and fire them up once every two weeks to keep them fresh.
