    250HP Kawasaki jet ski QUESTIONS??

My brother is thinking about buying a 2007 Kawasaki jetski with the 250HP SCIC engine tommaro..

What is the Actual top speed of these skis?? (ive heard in the mid 70s)

What is a good price for one of these minus the trailer?

With a lil tweaking and a couple of bolt ons, i have reached 70.6 mph.

WOW... i really thought it would have more top speed than that... 67? i thought the 215hp Sea-doos pull that kind of top speed! but the kawasaki has 35 more Horsepower!

Bout 66-68 stock on the gps. Best rough water craft I've ever owned. Very comfortable. Uses lots of gas. Fit/Finish is okay, nothing outstanding but the red paint is weak. Battery warnings when you first crank it. Sometimes the starter spins without engaging. Very wet ride. Turns like a slot car...better than just about any stock craft on the market. Great holeshot.

My experience is that its a nice dry ride.
Try a Honda or a SeaDoo RXP or just about any older ski and compare the ride, the Ultra 250X will keep you dryer in just about everything but the rough waves of the Ocean or Bay. Any ski will be a wet ride out there.
