    Upgrades for rxtx260

Looking to upgrade my Rxtx260 this winter, looking to push the ski up another 30-40hp (possibly more) Any suggestions on what to put in? Would love some advice, thanks.

If you are going to do a lot of modifications then the best bang for your buck would be to start with a Motec M1130

Anything else with the Motec ecu? Such as impeller, pump, rideplate?? I want to make sure the ski won't fall apart at 9100 rpm.

You need to do allot of research before thinking about even thinking about that rpm level. Going through that link jerry supplied and the build threads will give you allot of insight. Mostly a function of pain tolerance and bank account and even then you may just end up with allot broke parts and down time and less money in your bank account. Do your homework...and come back and talk to us .

Good luck and welcome to the forum

Slight thread hijack. I have the same ski. What would the best bang for the buck mod be on the T-X? Thinking about intake and grate. Any preferences over R&D or Riva grate?

a flash or vtech should be the first thing you do imo and get rid of the limiters, followed by an intake grate, fa removal, intake and a prop.

I got 4 years on warranty, not interested in a re-flash for now. I would be happy with 72-73!

Don't see that happening without a flash to eliminate the stock limiters.
