Ultra 150 mods I have been working on...
Its been awhile but figured I would post a few things I have been working on this week with the Ultra pain in my a**.
Inland jet manifold that I drilled and pressed in seadoo style oil checks.
Mikuni 44's (still not sure what they came of but seem to fit well)
The jetting as of now I replicated from Toomanytoys and went with 105 Highs, 110 low with 2.0 115g spring.
Started with a single pump but it wasn't enough and could not keep up fuel pressure. Going with dual pumps now but of course gotta pull stuff back out to drill a pulse port unless someone might know of a bolt I could replace with a hollow one or any place I could hook a 2nd pulse line into with the engine installed?
Here are a couple other diy things I made
Jetworks style valve that made more for my 785 pro
Inline Pop-off return line I setup to get my fuel pressure up to 3psi

Did u get any time on the 44s before winter?
