Red face Rxt is 260 2010 supercharger .photos -opinions

After 140 hours i am ready to rebuilt the supercharger with a new kit .as i already open the sc i found it ,i think in a very good condition.
This is the first time i am opening a supercharger .so i don't know what i see ,i just follow the seadoo manual.the problem that i want o change the kit is the 140 hours .
i didn't lost any rpm but i lost acceleration at the begging of fast starlings. what is your opinions ??? the sure is that i will change the kit with the new one but how is looking like the old one ??

100hr max between changes to be safe. It's not what you can see it's what you can't. The slip may not have changed but it's still spun at 45k rpm plus for 140hrs, that's heavy on the bearing. It's the bearing grenading that you don't want.

Don't risk over 100hrs again, better safe than sorry. Just rebuild. Looks nice and clean I agree, but means NOTHING.

Sounds like the slip is already very low. The clutch is probably slipping when you pin the throttle hard and quick and you are losing boost before even reaching your max RPM's
(The quicker you try to accelerate the higher chance you will notice it)
Check the slip before disassembly and I bet you will find it very low. I wouldn't judge any SC parts by the way how good they look just replace everything in the kit. (Or just send the whole thing to Jerry...)

I got lucky with one of my 06 RXT's and didn't rebuild the SC until 150 hours (no excuse for waiting that long). Fortunately I had no issues, but I know that's usually not the case! From now on I'll have them rebuilt every 100 hours just to be safe.

I recently did it at 55 hours on my other 06 RXT

Are the new seadoos with 200 hr rebuild any different bearing in charger than 2008+? Seems I've read lots of better safe than sorry stories to rebuild on here but not many actual failures over 100hrs.
