I like to fog through the injectors, hard to say whats better, or whats enough. I have seen several cases where the threaded insert for the fuel rail bolts comes out of the intake. Take out the bolt you can get out, the pull on the rail while you spin the bad bolt. The insert will come right out of the intake manifold, use vice grips to remove the insert from the bolt carefully so that you do not squish it. Glue that insert back into the intake with JB weld or something similar, then go easy on the loctite next time...

the insert in the intake manifold is spinning with the bolt. try and get a pair of vise grips on the insert and try to loosen the bolt
