Brought home my new 2014 FZS

Got a great deal on a 2014 FZS from a local dealer, and finally picked it up today.

    Here are a few pictures...

Thank goodness for 3-car, extra deep garages.

Got my Stiffie color-matched registration stickers on. They look great!

Not sure if I'll get it out before the end of the season or not, depends on what the weather does.

Been doing some research on here about mods for it. Might do the free exhaust mod and the Riva Speed Control Override Module for it first, then maybe a new ride plate and intake grate.

I'm still running the stock grate on my 14 FZR. It does the job. SCOM, cleaned up grate, Tommy Jordan exh mod and fine tuned the nozzle angle. Best speed so far was 74.6mph.

What do you mean by "cleaned up grate"?

Ty, remove the flame arrestor, "Ribbon" while you're doing the easy cheap stuff.

I removed all the casting flaws, sharpened leading edges and over all polished it. Next tricks will be.
Intercooler, ribbon delete and to keep if off the rev limiter a slight more pitch on the impeller. That should hold me until the warranty expires.
