    2004 virage I needs throttle to get it started

    Just picked up a 2004 virage. Oil resivoir is bone dry. I got 75psi compression on mag and 150 on pto. took it apart.Click image for larger version.

    First two pics are of mag and second two are of pto. My question is can i just do a top end job or am I takin a risk of the crank being bad. any ideas would be much appriciated.

    Was it run with the oil tank dry? If it was I would say tare it all the way down to the crank just to be on the safe side.
