Riva or R & D Sponsons on 2015 FX SVHO?

Time for upgrades. Which ones does every like? I have seen the Riva ones and they are a great system.

Major difference upgrading the sponsons from factory? I am still debating on the grate too...some say yes, some no. The 14+ grate seems like a good trusty grate. Another coin toss I guess

I slapped the riva sponsons on my ski. Forgot about them and took it around a turn.. almost got thrown off. By far one of the best mods I've done. Night and day diffrence.

Yes sir sponsons are a night and day difference for handling only though.. Nothing to gain in speed

I knew that. Only thing really in water at speed is the ride plate (hence the gains) and grate but didn't know what they did for cornering, general steering, ect... So worth the expense on a mostly recreational ski?

Recreational not really.. The FX handles really good already and turns very well. If you want to turn full throttle without coming unhooked or have the feeling like its on rails on a turn then yea.
