    Turbo IC Yamaha

When will they be out? My guess is soon. They are applying for patents on an intercooler set up for a turbo 4 stroke. Looks like Honda will not be the only turbo 4 stroke sit down for long. Here's the patent application. You will need http://www.alternatiff.com to view the images.

I never would have thought to look at the patents to find out what yamaha has planned.

0064 shows what one of the first good mods will be. Larger turbo down pipe.

Dang, that will be great. Now hopefully they will put it in a GPR hull. Then we will be talking BUSINESS!!!!

Screw the larger downpipe on the stock setup, I like the idea of a tubular manifold, gt35r, external wastegate and an electronic boost countroller with three settings, race gas/ethonal, ethonal, pump gas.

Oh course you would need a custom ecu and fuel support

Yea sadly I believe that will be the case. Good thing I know how and usually keep **** looking like new. My dad taught me good habits with his old boat. It was a 1995 Celebrity 16 or 17 foot. V6 Mercruiser and outdrive. Sold it last year. The guy called my dad and asked why he was asking so much. My dad explained it was the cleanest Celebrity in the state. He asked the guy to come over and give it a look and have a beer. Guy came over, looked at the boat, and said you have your self a buyer. My dad asks, don't you want to start it? He just said, nah, if it looks like this, it has to start.

But on another note, I hope yamaha doesn't go family big craft only. I feel there is a market for GPR sized skis and I feel that it would be a waste to not produce one.
